Our worship service is a mixture of traditional worship elements: readings, prayers, hymns;
But we have some more casual elements: praise choruses, church family prayer time, conversational style teaching.
We consider our church a hospitable church setting but we do not want to embarrass anyone who is attending so we do not openly introduce guests during the service. In other words, you are welcome to visit anonymously. Yet, in all regards, all guests are considered "family". We also practice open communion and any guest is welcome to participate if it serves their conscience well.
We currently practice a family style worship setting.
We have parking in the rear of the church or in the front across the street. There are a few parking spots near the entrance if you need close proximity parking.
People choose to wear clothes out of their traditions: some will wear jeans and casual shirts; some wear slacks with polos; some wear more dressed up traditional church clothes; and some wear cultural garbs that reflect their cultural lineage.
Even though the service starts at 10:30 AM, we have fresh coffee available and people like to mingle at about 10:10 AM. We have a Bible Study that meets at 9:15 AM for those who like a more structured time of gathering. About once a month, we have an open fellowship meal in our Community Room (brunch/lunch) to get to know each other better.
