We believe that our mission as the church is to serve people as Jesus served people, so that they might see Jesus in us and come to know him.
We believe all people matter to God. The Bible teaches that Christ died for all people regardless of race, past, financial status, religious background, and lifestyle. In everything we do we will share God’s love and mercy.
We believe that the church is one body with Christ as the head. In essential beliefs we have unity; in non-essential beliefs we have diversity. We choose to emphasize the things that unite us not the things that divide us.
We believe true worship (John 4:23) of God is vital to being devoted Christ-followers. We will lead people to Christ and have a process by which Christ-followers might grow in depth and devotion.
We believe the Bible is the most relevant book ever written. We will teach the Bible in a creative way where people can apply it to every area of their lives. We will teach life change through scripture.
We believe that God has planted His church in our community to be a lighthouse of His purpose and ways. We strive to understand the needs of our community and provide an entry into a discussion on how faith in Christ can transform the people of our community.
We believe in using creative communication of the love of Christ. We will create opportunities for irreligious people to connect with Christ-followers in non-threatening environments. We will be intentional to plant seeds of the gospel message with every activity we engage in.
We believe that every Christ-follower has a story of their faith journey with Christ. We will equip people to share their faith stories through various media: online, written, and oral.
